Carole was an incredible agent for us. Her expertise and experience through the entire process made us feel confident and comfortable with our decision. We had to move before the house sold and Carole served as the “project manager” and “keeper” of our house in our absence. She coordinated repairs with contractors, oversaw the redoing of our floors, retrieved packages that were delivered to our old address, deposited checks into our bank account as needed, etc. We didn’t have to worry about our Wilmington home and were able to focus in our move to Pensacola. We would use Carole again without giving it a second thought.
